The theft of the original two bottles has cost the company in shipping the replacements, plus the cost of the replacements, plus it's caused me to put out additional monies to purchase a different product to tide me over until the replacement order gets to me.

You did the right thing Jon. "F" the thief. Govt. employees who steal ought to go to jail & lose pensions. USPS or IRS, makes no difference. And there's any number of thieves in the IRS.

I had a credit card replacement stolen in the mail system. Knew nothing about it until I get a credit card bill? Had to be a postal worker, imo.

Please don't take my remarks about smoking personally. To be clear, IMO, anyone who smokes cigarettes is a loser. The average pack a day smoker burns up the better part of a car payment in a month. A few decades of that and the health issued start appearing. A double whammy for most cigarette smokers. Weed? another story for another time.
I smoked for 30 years or so (15 to 45). I dodged the grim reaper's reach 22 years ago with a quintuple bypass.
If E-cigs or variants are free of health risks, have at it. I do have a question about what effects if any inhaling the vapors these products produce. I assume they cause some positive effects, or else why use them?
Any research show negative effects?
