So for the guys that have pressure washers you should be away. I would avoid steam type pressure washers though.
I have a little fun at times as it is my nature. Really though using toilet paper is not very sanitary. I still use it.
What I did learn from the gentlemans post is that removal of surface bacteria may be an approach for pile victoms. It may even prevent them.
I always thought they were a pressure related problem. Surgical intervention is a lot harder way to go. Especially if just washing properly will reduce or prevent them.

i think ours was bit less than 70.00 and it was a life saver ,and yes we used it to remove soil from diapers and my rear end, i was nearly ready to call a place called the hemorrhoid treatment center, were they would have tried all kinds of drastic things to fix my h-rods, when all i needed was a sprayer
