And hypothically speaking, *IF* in this case all the parties except YOU were, let's say for instance, African American, and YOU were white, the historical "Oppressor", claiming a "Bakke" or other kind of reverse discrimination, I suspect in these times demanding "Political Correctness", making a big case of this would be a HUGE uphill climb for you.
