I use a double edge safety razor (Parker 99R)
Blades cost about $10 for a box of 100.
Super easy to clean, hygienic, and the blades last at least 4 shaves.
Since going back to a safety razor, I've really began to enjoy shaving again. If you take your time, you're not going to get a closer shave with anything else.
