2 out of 4 of the newer Cats dying is a high Attrition Rate. I did not realize that that they were so sustainable.
Of the 2 Sisters that are left one is now wanting to stay inside the House at Night and I am OK with that but the other one wants to remain Wild and comes into the House crying for Her Sister to come out with Her (and the Wild one panics if She thinks She is locked in the House).

Cats seem to have a short attention span, just like dogs. The panic you describe should stop when the outside cat gets confined to quarters. You are the master of their Universe. The begging for the Call of The Wild, will die down after a while. Your cats are 'fixed' I hope?
The cat that goes in and out is making the other cat crazy. If you'll ignore the cat that wants out all the time, it'll get used to staying in. If it begs to get out, it'll be brief. The bottom line is that you have to be the master of your animals, and letting them out puts them at risk health wise. I had a cat for 17 years. Inside cat only. Too many things could harm the cat outside, and she was happy and healthy inside. If you ever raise a cat inside, don't start letting it out. A non-street smart cat will perish rather quickly without basic training of the outside world.
