I'm assuming you have a 722.6 transmission?

I repair these transmissions, and they are miss diagnosed all the time. To make matters worse. 2000+ 722.6 transmissions are bullet proof mechanically, so unless you ran out of oil, or the radiator cooler broke through. I can see the a cost of $2700.

By the way, do you mind sharing the what was the service work for $2700?

All P0700 codes are usually conductor plate issues, but a flooded circular connector can cause this also.

First thing I would do is measure the fluid level? Buy a 722.6 measuring dipstick.
Second, I would inspect the transmission computer for fluid contamination?
