It's conductor plate time.
There are speed sensors in the plate that often fail. These sensors check the shaft speed along the gear train in the transmission. When a sensor fails, the computer shuts down the party, because it assumes the transmission is tearing itself apart. If the speeds don't agree through the transmission based on the gear it thinks you are in then it throws the codes.
