Of course there are. The cops declined to press charges.
Restraining order? Sure! oh- you might want to ask the victims of domestic abuse with restraining orders how often they get violated, how effective they are, and how often the cops show up after the violence is all over....
After watching the video, it was clear that Mr. Aldrin was afraid for his life, retreated to his hotel, and invoked the 'castle doctrine' ;-)
