Evenin everyone,
A customer of mine sent me in an antenna. Its from a 190E 2.3-16V and he said that it only goes up, won't go down. He tested the motor and it runs in both directions when power is directly applied and swapped.

I opened it up and found that a trace had been damaged. Looked like corrosion damage to me.
I'm going to start in on it tomorrow and hopefully get it back on its feet.
