1) I need to change the tumbler, it has 2 holes, a key still works. I have the coat hanger tool but can't make it work.

2) I've found some threads but I can't see the pics, just boxes with x in them. How do I get the pictures visible.

How do I get the blak cover out and how to get the tumbler out?
