The problem is that your turbo pump has 6mm elements and the non turbo pump has 5.5mm elements.The ECU is mapped for the non turbo pump and the turbo pump outputs a LOT more fuel for the same rack position.For instance if it idled with say 20% rack position with the NA pump it would only require 15% rack to idle with the Turbo pump.So the ECU sets rack to 20% engine revs up the ECU cuts of fuel the engine revs down so it hunts for idle like a tractor puller.
