If you're looking for a ponton, there has been two on craigslist in the DMV area for a few weeks now: one was owned by a senator from texas ("Babs"; replaced with small block engine), and there is another one in Maryland which was appearently "garage kept". Search 1960 mercedes, 1961 mercedes, 1962 mercedes...etc (both will pop up at some point).
Oh, and not sure if you knew this but in Mt Airy there is a pick-and-pull (Crazy rays), which is the un-official repository for older mercedes and odd ball cars (saw a crazy old volvo there few weeks back; and a peugot).
