Behind the bulletproof glass, I lost half my calls to voicemail. Tossed that carrier. Using my regular carrier, I have full signal and didn't miss or drop calls. OTOH, a couple about 9 years (older tech too), I was about 2 levels underground and got signal and was the only one who could call out.

Have you tried all the carriers around your area? Some carriers are better than others in a given area and suck at another area.
