We have customers that will ONLY have their orders confirmed by fax. Everyone else emails in their orders and is totally fine with an email confirmation. But they buy a lot so I'm happy to go find the fax machine.
And since we have a fax number we get several spam faxes a day.
I remember back when my dad did more auto wholesaling the days of the "blast fax" when all day you and everyone else in the country would have excel spreadsheets spewing out of your fax machine all day.
