The vid about the S class was impressive. Except, perhaps, for the part where the windshield wiper went on for no obvious reason....

I remember a conversation with a friend many decades ago about what classifies something as sentient. I argued that a car that could drive itself and also had an arm that permitted it to get fuel without assistance was essentially sentient.

That day appears pretty close and it will fundamentally transform the world once again by retiring 10s of millions of people who earn their livelihood by driving.
