Honest question here - how are you guys able to use a treadmill or stationary bike for an hour?? Gets sooo boring after 5 minutes of no scenery moving? (well, landscape, the gym has other good scenery).

Get in adequate cardio on the way there and back. Yah, at my place there's a few young guys that are very annoying, but not as bad as the LA Fitness. Most part it's mid-twenties and thirties. Not a lot of high schoolers which is awesome.

Yesterday was Day 7 (in a row). It's easy to do the elliptical for an hour. GF and I broke up last Wednesday. I put the ear nubs in and listen to CNBC, sometimes switching to CNN in the morning. I try to get to the gym at 5am. Yes, that is not a typo, I said 5am. I started adding Arms and Abs on Tuesday; so, I'm on a T, Th, Sa rotation for Arms and Abs.......I'm going to lose some weight that I gained back. This past Sunday, I was watching Golf. I guess once Football season starts, I will go in the afternoon, and watch NFL.
What you see below is 60 minutes (55 + 5minute cooldown) on the elliptical that I did yesterday. Today, I did an easy 40 minute workout. My goal is for 10 days in a row, then break for Labor Day, then just take Saturdays off. I think that's going to be my routine. Time will tell. I'm just about over the girlfriend. Learned some things about myself. I'm still quite capable of falling in love.
