The car sounds very nice but the price, IMO, is high. The center vent pod is probably dead and takes 5-10 hours to repair (dash removal required - I've done this 3 times now.) Cruise amp will cost ~$200 for a rebuilt. Engine encapsulation shields under the car will cost $300-400 for the pair. Shimmy could be brakes, wheels, tires, or worse... hard to tell without futher diagnosis. The low mileage is nice, and assuming it has good power and no leaks, I'd say $7500-9500 would be a better range than $10k. There was a BEAUTIFUL 1995 E300 on eBay recently, silver/gray with rare Sport seats, that could be picked up for $9500 in Florida... to me that's more tempting (even with double the miles!)
