I run 3.5mi 6x/week, spin 30 mins 6x week (keep HR at about 140) and power walk (with the dogs) every day for 3.5 miles. Lift 3x week: Dead lift, bench (what a dumb lift!) squat (ass to grass), standing military press, weighted dips and weighted pull ups.
Started doing yoga last fall. Wife got me into it as she has been practicing consistently for 6 years. It's helped balance and flexibility, along with improved mood and overall energy levels. Try to attend class 3x week and practice at home.
I recommend it to anyone and their are different styles and kinds of classes to suit any interest/need.
Figure I spend about 20 hrs/week doing this (including daily dog walks). Sure beats going to work!!

That's an impressive regimen but let me throw in a note of caution: cartilage doesn't go on forever. Knowing when to roll it back and how much is optimal is tricky business.
