Ok so it's not a cold start Thanks for letting me know. But the EGR doesn't hold a vacuum if applied by my mity vac so I concluded that it must be bad and after looking up prices I thought about a delete.

That is why I am asking so I appreciate your advice.
Aside from saving a few bucks is their any disadvantage to leaving it or deleting?
