I went and looked at the pic of your old mount and the new one.
Can't clearly see the sides of the new mount but it looks like there are no markings. Not a good sign.
Looks to me like the old mounts were junk (not just worn out, junk). Never seen one completely pancake like that. Here is a pic of one of my old mounts (Mercedes OE) beside a new Lemforder.
And I felt that my old mounts were keerap.
