Since he mentioned this, I'll chime in with a little tip. If you need to pass gas while driving, set the climate control on recirculated mode and press the charcoal filter button. Then let 'er rip. That filter will get rid of the odor so fast nobody will notice it.
The filter can also be useful if you are following a vehicle that is burning oil or a smelly Diesel.
