on my 1999 210 it is a simple, firm pull down on the front edge of the light. the
back edge of the lamp housing has rigid plastic catch which hooks to the head-
liner. don't pull down there. the front edge has steel spring fingers which wedges
the edge of the headliner. that is where i needed to pull down.

so either strong finger/nails, or wide plastic trim tools (or spatula)
