LOL this is not due to the use of green coolant, though it isn't good to use...

Its a normal fail item with these cars, this is why they went to an aluminum body....the bakelite, cracks over the years..

The repair kit won't fix it, I forget what it is...but its like nothing....just get a working aluminum one...
