there it was....doesn't looks used. now to get a cord

See post #7 for the location of the block heater. Almost certain that you already have one installed. If you don't have the cord, the heater connector likely is covered with a threaded cap.

A source for the heater cord has been discussed here in the past, you should be able to search for it.
