Actually stretch, on the turbo motors, the flex down pipe is supported at the front of the trans at the bellhousing.

To the OP, you are missing a triangle like bracket with rubber bushings. The triangle bracket bolts to the bottom right (passenger side) bolt and the right corner bolt.
