I am trying to order front and rear brakes for my 1999 ML430 Base

While shopping around, I get a choice of either "ate brakes" or "kelsey-hayes"
I do not have the car near me so I cannot check, my wife called and said the brake lining light comes on every time she is on the brakes.

I called one dealer & they could not tell me what type the car has.
