722.357 automatic transmission adjustments

Hello everyone!

My w124 OM603 is shifting strange. Sometimes it has really hard shifts, sometimes flaring.
All the vacuum connections are ok and valves hold vacuum pretty well.
I have new vacuum pump that gives good vacuum and VCV is draining vacuum pretty well: 10-0 in is atchieved when playing with throttle.
So I quess next step is to test and adjust vacuum modulator on transmission. I did not adjust VCV until modulator is adjusted properly.
This is where I stopped. My trans model is 722.357 and I cannot find propper pressure value that should be on the test port.
All the manuals mention 722.358, 722.359 and other models but nothing about 722.357. Few threads in google, but no pressures mentioned.

Could anybody share this number?
I have read that this pressure could be measured in P and idling. Is this true?

Second question is Bowden cable. How free it should be if throttle isn't touched.

Regards,
Vilnis
