A boosted 1.9/1.6 VW seems to be the common swap into these; I've been tempted by ACME's product for awhile... I also have a spare OM617 in the shop that I would love to put into a 2wd Pickup of some sort...

I'm surprised the Suzuki's with the tracks even pack the snow! I wonder what the weight of those rigs is vs the surface area of the tracks!
