According to Haynes (note, not HOYLE), the range is 145-174 psi. Minimum acceptable is 123 psi and max cyl-cyl difference is 21 psi. Says for all 4-cyl from '84-'88 with compression ratios of 8.0, 9.0, or 9.7. It lists your engine as 102.985 ?
