fuel tank is 21 gal. your oil pressure seems to be acting normally.
re acc does any setting of it work ? defrost should be full heat as the default.
squeal - you could check the alternator belt tension - sometimes the one squealing is elusive ie: if the weather is wet or dry out etc.
