Thanks for the replies! I messed around with the belt by just pulling on it and now it locks off and on and pulled hard the same situation with the passenger side, I have yet to call the company up and see if they are able to refurbish mine but will do so..

Thank you anyways Hanno for the offer, I'll give these people a call and see what happens next! Just want to get these things fixed!
