The Shell fluid is ATF 134. You have to track down a Shell Wholesale distributor though. The gas stations don't carry it (at least in my area.) I ended up buying it from Amazon.com since I don't have a distributor close by. The transmission in my '97 CL500 is smooth as glass. Don't know if it is the transmission (5 speed) or the fluid.
