can u ID this part
Hello out there,
This part is on the front top of the engine (90' 420 SEL) next to the Idol Control Valve. IT has two male tubes protruding and one has broken off. the tubes go to plastic vacume hoses. I need to order a new part but don't know what its called.

PS...would this part have anything to do with rough surging idle?
