Also, over on BenzWorld we are having a chat about VAT (value added tax) in the UK and if this purchase should be exempt. In theory the 35 GBP purchase price of the book mentioned earlier includes the VAT. However, this link suggest that a book being exported directly by the seller to a country outside of the "EC Fiscal Area" would be exempt from the tax. That tax is 21%.
