Use White Kerosene and a stiff brush to remove oil stains then use a good spray carpet cleaner with hot water and the stiff brush to remove the rest of the dirt then place a couple of strong air freshners in the car with the heat on.
You'll be amazed how much dirt will come out keep rinsing the brush.
