The bell housing and front pump must be removed, pump split then bushing pressed / hammered out. ( You will change the seal at the same time. ) Euro trans typically need an alignment tool when putting the front pump back together, not sure on the 722.6. Noting too difficult, search around this site, someone may have a rebuild thread. One does exist for the 722.3 / 722.5 so that might be of some help. What ever you do, there are going to be thrust washers between the pump and front drum, these must remain in place otherwise things will bind.
Front bushing wear like this is typically tied to low fluid levels so the rest of the trans might have damage. Is this trans original? Check the serial # against the cars data cars ( can get at the dealer parts dept. ) to see if they match. Also look for casting dates to determine if they are prior to the build date of the car.
If a used trans is installed and converter not pulled to lube the bushing, the combination of sitting a long time with no fluid, start up without enough fluid can damage the bushing. The galling on the hub near the drive lugs makes me think the pump tangs sheared off at some point and the trans was patched up, do you have history on this car?
We also don't know the rest of the trans condition, did you pull the pan yet?
