Well if your willing to make the effort all of the factory mats can be easily removed from the car. The carpet is usually attached to a foam backing so take care not to separate them when pulling the carpet out.

Once you've removed them you can then use a good degreaser made for carpets (I use Dryclean) and scrub it with a brush and then dry them with towels. Let the mats sit until they're dry and place them back in the car. If they're still soiled try a stronger degreaser (Costco sells a good one) and use the same procedure.
