I'm concerned about the balance shaft issue. I ran the VIN through a website but it was in Russian so I couldn't really understand it. Is there a way to know if the issue has been addressed? Would there be some sort of documentation? Also, someone suggested I get a PPI. Would love to but that can be a little difficult logistically. Am I really taking a risk by not?
