You said you R&R'd the fuel lines? White horseshoe clips are spreaders used for removal only, should be loose and floppy when line is properly installed.
Review the fuel path, crank engine, note where air first appears, look for bad oring/connection prior to that point, fix it, crank again, see if air appears anywhere else, fix that too then crank to start.
Did you replace the pre-filter too?
Replace/reinstall the ~3cm oring tucked up under the rim of the pre-filter?
Note that every time you open the fuel system (install/remove your electric pump) you start over trying to pull fuel up to the IP to prime the system. I'd stop doing that.
