"Still" as in that was the problem before you started? Was the axle checked for twist before the rebuild work was done? What about straightness of the upper & lower control arms.
Have you lifted the nose off the ground, ensured that the two sides of the body are level and then measured the height of things as they hang down? Crude technique, but effective some times, presuming you can ensure the car is level and the surface you're measuring against is too.
