you want to replace the carb'd 250S motor with an FI one?
You'll want the FI wiring, including a few relays. Not difficult to install.
You'll need different down-pipes on the exhaust. The angle from the manifold isn't the same.
There was a guy in NJ with a 280S motor. He'd probably ship it. That is straight drop in replacement, except that you need slightly larger carbs than what the 250S has. I don't recall if the 280S had carbs.
