Did you cut a 45 degree angle ?
Into the ends of the Pins?

(Ignore the little pins in the picture.)

I bought a Kit ["Baum" tools] (AKA Alkyracer) years ago that had the Ignition tools in it.

The Tool(s) measure 1.94 to 1.95mm O.D.with the Digital Caliper.
