Swine should be charged under Federal civil rights law, not for murder. Murder isn't a capital offense in NM anymore, but deprivation of civil rights resulting in death is a capital offense under Federal law. Or better yet, if they want to be soldier-boys, put them in an Israeli uniform and drop them in ISIS controlled territory. Bet they won't be quite so tough when faced with people who are actually a threat.
