Want an easy fix for your quarter turn screws? Take a #2, or #3 if they are really stripped out, screwdriver and heat the tip up. Not too much - just a little at a time. When it gets hot enough, push it into the top of your quarter turn screw as deep as it should go if removing it, and carefully hold it there until it sets. It will melt the plastic enough to fill in the gaps. Run it under water to cool it the rest of the way down, pull out the screwdriver, trim off any flashing and presto - new head.
