I figured out the switch to the left of the steering wheel is the switch for the rear fog light. Or perhaps the switch for the fog lights both front and rear.

The rotating knob between the ignition key and the radio is not in the photos but it is where the interior light switch is in the photo of the coupe dashboard.

The dash light dimmer is clearly the knob at the bottom of the center instrument cluster (Duh). I just never thought of a knob for the speaker faders as I have never seen one but from looking at the construction of the switch I can see where it being a speaker fader sounds correct. The knob is also different in that it has a flat spot on one side of it that is factory and not just wear. Perhaps this is the 'center', or it helps you keep up with just where you like the fade to be?
