Aaron - I've got a 1985 300TDT wagon - it leaks all the fluid out from the return line (to reservoir) it leaks out under engine, the only line that runs under there is the return line. Is this bad? I mean, if all the fluid just leaks out there, does it mean that the valve is not holding pressure, or did I not put in enough fluid to "equalize" the system (if that is what happens)? I cannot see any leaks at rear, valve body it self does not look too bad - corrosion wise. The return line ( I am assuming) does not hold much (if any at all ) pressure? If I am going to replace this return line - I have a source - but trying to get it out from under engine might be a real bear. How about splicing a piece of tubing in with fitting for flared ends, etc.? Or how about having a flexible line made with the right end fittings and just rout in another location other than under engine. Again, because this line is just a return line or is it more vital than that? Thanks.
