With custom work....maybe even minimal, you can likely install trim from other vehicles to your w124. I have installed a rear view mirror from a w210 on my w201, a grill from a w210 on my w201, rear seat magazine holders from a w124, front head rests from a w124 in the rear of my w201 and a hood pad from a w140/w210 on my w201. All of these fabrications were easy and didn't require much fabrication at all.
