The 85SD is slow the 84SD has a little shake at idle. I'm contemplating strategy for when the weather breaks.

So:
Change fuel filters (done)
Make sure strainer is clean (done)
Adjust valves (both cars were done in the fall)
Check timing chain stretch (not done lately)
Check timing (not done)
Clean, pop injectors, perhaps new nozzles
Adjust Rack Damper, replace as needed
Check/Adjust boost

What else?

85SD 240K & stopped counting painted, putting bac together. 84SD 180,000. sold to a neighbor and member here but I forget his handle. The 84 is much improved from when I had it. 85TD beginning to repair to DD status. Lots of stuff to do.
