ah I know what you went through! Luckily I found a used p/s pump.

I got new Lemfoerder mounts this week and just changed them last night. The new ones were different- one had smooth top and the other had fins but aside from that were the same size overall. I removed the pass side mount first and it had the fins so I replaced that one. When I took the driver side off it also had fins! I put the one with the smooth top on drivers side.

I tried referencing part numbers last night but no luck- the one with the smooth top was in a box that had the number 124 240 17 17 on it.
Just emailed the parts guy and he told me:
201 240 52 17, Engine Mount d/s

124 240 22 17, Engine Mount p/s

and that the parts numbers change?
At any rate I think I have them on the reverse they should be. The car runs MUCH better, but I guess I should swap them back?? I am guessing whoever did them last put the same ones in when they should be different.
