82 240d front end steering issues, help diagnosing

The inside 1/2 of both front tires wore to smooth after about 13 hours of driving on the highway.
Below in this order are some photos:
1.unknown. Super worn out bushing. What is it and how do I replace it.
2.same as above, other side.
3&4. Driver side tie-rod. Do I need to replace it?
5&6. Passenger side tr. looks pretty good I think but, if I do one do I have to do both?

What other things may need to be replaced in order to get a proper alignment done?

It is failing when trying to upload more tab one photo, so I'll post each photo as it lets me
